Almost all of the services provided by the Office of the University Registrar (UREG) can be accessed through our website and do not require an in-person visit to Carruthers.
Considering an in-person visit?
We encourage you to contact us by email ([email protected]) or phone (434-924-4122) before your visit, just in case we can save you the trip. We are open for in-person services from 10–12 and 1–4 Monday through Friday. If you plan to visit, please schedule an appointment in advance so we'll be prepared when you arrive.
Have a question about course enrollment, transfer credit, test scores, or your Academic Requirements report in SIS?

Need to pick up a transcript in person?
Please order your transcript in advance through our website. Once you receive confirmation that your transcript has been processed (usually requires 3-5 business days), schedule an appointment to pick it up.
